Our Facility Services team provides a similar offering as our insurance repairs service, but on an ongoing basis. As a part of this service, we provide maintenance, structural upgrades, construction services, and facility upgrades as well as reactive response repairs.

ARC Projects works closely with government departments to facilitate any planned upgrades within government facilities including hospitals, schools, public housing, parks, and more.

Strata & Body Corporate Contracts

We can capably handle all key strata requirements on your behalf. From maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims, we have extensive expertise in all things strata. Strata claims can often be complex but because we have direct relationships with all major strata insurers, we can directly liaise with the insurer on your behalf, making for a simple and efficient process.
